Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Sapere Aude website and any purchase you make from Sapere Aude Group LTD, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE, Company No. 17108941. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.

No guaranteed outcome

The guides describe legitimate, publicly available methods for finding lower prices. Prices, offers and retailer policies change, and results depend on when and how you use the information. We do not promise any particular saving.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Applicable law

What you are buying

Every product sold here is a digital guide, supplied as a PDF you download. You are buying information — research, methods and checklists you apply yourself. You are not buying any physical product, and nothing is posted to you.

We do not sell, resell or supply the products the guides discuss, and we are not affiliated with any retailer or manufacturer named in them.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases such as suspected fraud or a pricing or description error.

Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment provider.

How you receive your files

Your download links appear on the confirmation page as soon as payment is approved, and are sent to the email address you gave at checkout. See the Delivery Policy for details, including how to get a fresh link.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide yourself. You may keep your own copies and print them for your own use. You may not resell, republish, share or distribute the files, in whole or in part.

Cancellation

Because the files are supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to that and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Until you give that consent the order cannot be placed. See the Refund Policy for the rights that remain.
