Nothing is posted to you
Every product here is a digital guide. There is no parcel, no courier and no delivery address — which is why the checkout does not ask for one.
How long the links last
The links in your email stay live for 30 days. The links on the confirmation page are shorter-lived on purpose, because that page can be left open on a shared screen.
If a link stops working
Reply to your receipt, or email [email protected] with your order number, and we will send a fresh link the same business day. There is no limit on how many times we will do this.
What you need to open them
The guides are PDF files. They open on any phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader — including the one already built into iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. No account, app or subscription is needed.
If the email does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and search for the order number. If it is genuinely not there, contact us — a mistyped address at checkout is the usual cause and we can resend to the right one.
How you get your files
The moment your payment is approved, download links appear on the confirmation page. The same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a minute.
